Description

Meet your private, fully-licensed guide at the docks of Naples and take the ferry to the beautiful island of Capri.

Once on the island, let your guide take you to the most iconic places. Hop on a small, comfortable local boat and start making your way around the island. Several stops are planned along the way, such as the Blue Grotto (if not too crowded), the natural arch, Marina Piccola and several stops where you will be able to take a swim in the tropical blue water.

After lunch (not included but our guide will recommend several places according to your tastes), hop inside a minivan and let your chauffeur drive you through the narrow streets of Capri, from Anacapri to Capri town. At both of these towns, you will get out of the vehicle to explore their pedestrian streets and capture the relaxed and enjoyable way of life: la dolce vita.

The private driver will bring you back to the docks at the end of the day, so you can head back to Naples.

Warning: depending on the crowds and time of arrival, the order of the visits might change.

FAQ's

Is this tour private?
Yes, it is. No one else will be joining your private tour, and you will have your own private guide throughout the visit, as well as a private boat and a private chauffeur. However, there will be other people visiting the island and its highlights, and the ferry linking Naples to Capri and back is not private.
When is the best time to visit Capri?
There are a lot of people visiting Capri in summer. The order of the visit will be altered on the day based on the time of arrival and the crowds on the island. Hopefully, this way, crowds will be avoided to make the most of your time on the island.
Can we take the cable car to Monte Solaro?
We haven’t included it because we prefer to keep it as an option for the families. If you really want to go up to the top of Monte Solaro, and provided there is enough time, just ask the guide and he/she will take you there. You will have to pay the cable car on location.
Are the parents staying with the children or separated?
We always promote a family-bonding moment, where parents and children enjoy an activity together as a family. So, parents and children will not be separated. However, if you chose to send your children on this activity alone, it is possible, provided that a baby sitter accompanies the children regardless of the age, for insurance purposes (our guides are not responsible for the children).
Is it suitable for kids under 6 years old?
We recommend this visit for kids aged 6 or older as it can turn out to be a long day. With a ferry ride, a boat ride and a sightseeing tour by minivan, younger children will easily get bored and ruin the pleasure of being on Capri.
Will we have to wait in line?
There are some sights where there might be a line (the Blue Grotto for example). Our guide will avoid them as much as possible, but there are no skip-the-line tickets on the island (no internet tickets), and its generally a first come, first served basis.
Once the tour is finished, can we stay on the island?
The timing of the ferry to go back to Naples is not changeable, so you will need to be at the docks 20 minutes before the ferry’s departure. But in a full day, you will have had a great overview of the highlights of the island.
Can I bring a stroller or a wheelchair?
It is possible to bring a stroller or wheelchair, but some sights may not be accessible.
Will my teenage kids like the tour?
Sure they will! The island is beautiful and it might give them inspiration for their future honeymoon trip!
