Description

Meet your private, fully licensed guide and let them take you on a family-friendly discovery of Antoni Gaudí’s most famous architectural creations: the Sagrada Familia church and Park Güell, two iconic landmarks of Barcelona.

Antoni Gaudí was a late 19th / early 20th century architect, and he is the person behind these two symbolic locations as well as other architectural curiosities in Barcelona.

The first stop is the Sagrada Familia. Follow your guide inside this jaw-dropping and daring church and listen to the stories about its architecture, construction and future (it is still being built after all these years). You will quickly see that nature inspired Gaudí’s architecture.

After 1,5 hours spent in the Sagrada Familia, hop into our private luxurious minivan and head out to Park Güell. You will witness the beauty of Gaudí’s mosaics as well as enjoy a beautiful panoramic view of Barcelona.

To keep the children entertained during this 3-hour tour, they will all get their own game booklet. A perfect way to combine both educational discovery and fun!

FAQ's

Is this tour private?
Yes, it is. No one else will be joining your private tour, and you will have your own private guide throughout the visit. There will be other people visiting the Sagrada Familia and Park Güell. Please note that access to Park Güell must be done at the time shown on the ticket, so timing is of the essence here.
Can we go back inside Sagrada Familia or stay inside Park Güell at the end of the tour?
You will not be able to get back inside the church, as it’s a single entry ticket. But at the end of the tour, if you want to spend more time in Park Güell, you are free to do so. It is a beautiful place, especially if you step a little further from the very touristic areas.
Are the parents staying with the children or separated?
We always promote a family-bonding moment, where parents and children enjoy an activity together as a family. So, parents and children will not be separated. However, if you choose to send your children on this activity alone, it is possible, provided that a babysitter accompanies the children regardless of the age, for insurance purposes (our guides are not responsible for the children).
Is it suitable for kids under 6 years old?
We recommend this walking tour for kids aged 6 or older, because they must know how to read and write in order to enjoy the fun-filled game booklet. Younger kids can join, and they will enjoy it, but they will not be able to play the game, unless a parent or older sibling helps.
Is it easy to take public transportation at Park Güell at the end of the tour?
There are a lot of taxis there, as it is a very touristic destination. The nearest subways station is about 15 minutes away by foot (downhill). If you want us to include a transfer in a private minivan at the end of the tour, please contact us.
Can I bring a stroller or a wheelchair?
Technically, it is possible to bring a stroller or wheelchair in the Sagrada Familia and Park Güell.
What happens if it rains?
Unless officials close Park Güell for safety reasons, the tour will take place, even if it rains. Just make sure you bring an umbrella or rain jacket.
Will my teenage kids like the tour?
Sure they will. They might not want to have the game booklet, but since it is a private tour, our professional guide will adapt their speech to keep your teenagers engaged and entertained throughout the tour.
