Will you know how to properly greet your British Etiquette specialist when you meet him or her? Will you know how to walk from the entrance of the building to the area where the class takes place? Will you be able to request to go to the bathroom in the utmost polite manner?

Well, those are among the things you will learn from your private British Etiquette workshop. Set in the heart of London, in a very luxurious venue, you and your children will learn how to sit, stand and walk with style, speak with an English accent, and shake hands like a true English person.

The second part of the class is dedicated to table manners: how to signal to waiting staff, who sits where in a restaurant, how to place cutlery and glassware when hosting a dinner and even how to cope with unfamiliar food.

And to test all this, you and your children will all get pastry and a hot chocolate!

Stay alert though, as your British etiquette specialist will engage in a little competition to make sure you leave knowing how to be the perfect ladies and gentlemen.

With this hands-on experience you and your children will know how to behave in the most polite and formal way.

Is this tour private?
Yes, it is. No one else will be joining your private British etiquette class, and you will have your own private teacher and room to yourselves.
How much food will be served?
This is just a snack and is in no way a full meal. Tea and soft drinks will be served with the pastries. If parents want alcoholic drinks, these will be charged extra.
Are the parents staying with the children or separated?
We always promote a family-bonding moment, where parents and children enjoy an activity together as a family. So, parents and children will not be separated. However, if you choose to send your children on this activity alone, it is possible, provided that a babysitter accompanies the children regardless of the age, for insurance purposes (our guides are not responsible for the children).
Is it suitable for kids under 6 years old?
For children under 6, this activity might be a little boring, as they will be handling cutlery, walk with books on their heads, which will not be fun for the very young children. Therefore, we do not recommend this activity for children below the age of 6.
Can I bring a stroller or a wheelchair?
Yes, of course. The area where the Etiquette class takes place is wheelchair and stroller friendly.
Will we get a diploma after this etiquette class?
No. A lady or gentleman does not need to prove he or she has perfect manners if they are truly a lady or gentleman.
Will my teenage kids like the tour?
Of course they will enjoy it. It is very fun, and they probably have already been in situations where the things learned during this British etiquette class would have been useful.
