Day 1 – Florence Sightseeing Tour

After lunch, our English speaking and certified guide will take you on a fun-filled walking tour of Florence and tell you all about the secrets of the city as you discover the most iconic monuments of the city.
Along the way, you will see the most iconic historical sites of Florence: The Palazzo Vecchio, the Ponte Vecchio and the dome, along with other exciting curiosities. Not only will your guide give you an insight on the city’s history and architecture, he/she will also entertain your children with amazing fun-facts and captivating stories… The game book will also keep this Florence Sightseeing Tour snappy and up tempo for your children.
At the end of this introductory experience, our guide will walk you back to your hotel.
Day 2 – The Mysteries of Palazzo Vecchio and Creating Your Own Postcards
After breakfast, our guide will pick you up at your hotel and take you to one of the most famous monuments of Florence: the Palazzo Vecchio.
During this 2 hour tour, you and your children will discover the mysteries of the Palazzo Vecchio: once a Roman ruin, it was turned into a mighty fortress to protect the city from possible enemy invasions. But during the 16th century, the Palazzo was partly transformed with Renaissance chambers and paintings.
In order to keep this visit fascinating for children, they will play an interactive game and try to solve all the mysteries of the monument. The more mysteries they solve, the closer you will get to finding the secret stairs that will lead you and your family to the top of the tower. From there, you will enjoy one of the most beautiful views of the city.
After the visit, you will enjoy a tasty Italian lunch in the area. After lunch, you will enjoy a fun-filled hands-on activity. In the comfort of a private traditional workshop, you will create your own postcards.
it’s always nice to send postcards to the ones you love back home, but sending your own self-made postcards is even better. During this 2-hour private workshop, each member of the family will create a set of postcards based on the beauty of the architecture and art of Florence.
At the end of this unforgettable experience our guide will take you back to your hotel.
Day 3 – The Galileo Museum
After breakfast, our guide will pick you up at your hotel and take you on an unforgettable visit of the Galileo Museum.
Galileo is surely one of the most influential scientists of all times. As an astronomer, not only did he prove to the world that the Earth revolves around the sun, but he was also a very prolific inventor. During this 2 hour tour of the Galileo Museum, you and your children will discover the magic world astronomical inventions and dive into the life and times of Galileo himself.
At the end of the visit our guide will take you back to the hotel. Time then for a quick lunch before leaving to the airport or train station and saying Ciao to the fantastic city of Florence!
