Hop on board a traditional 19th century horse-drawn carriage, lean back and discover some of Paris’ most iconic monuments.

This fun-filled means of transportation and sightseeing tour will take you back to the mid-19th century, when cars, subways and buses did not exist. Can you imagine a city filled with horses and carriages? it must have been very noisy at that time! Yet this horse and carriage ride is probably the most relaxing way to visit a small part of the city.

Just like in the past, the friendly coachman will remain silent, but will point out the iconic highlights of Paris, such as the Eiffel Tower, the Invalides and its famous golden dome, and the most beautiful avenue in the world: the Champs-Elysées.

This one-hour tour will leave you and your children with unforgettable memories.

WARNING: The horse cart can only accommodate 4 people. If there is a 5th person, they will sit next to the coachman and a supplement of 50€ will apply.

Is this a private tour?
Yes, this tour is totally private. No one else will be on the carriage with you.
How many people can fit on the carriage?
A maximum of 5 guests can participate.
Is our guide a fully-licensed guide?
You will have a private coachman who is not a professional, fully-licensed guide. He generally keeps quiet but will reply to your questions if you have any.
Is it suitable for kids under 6 years old?
Yes, kids of any age can join on this private tour. There is no limit.
Can we get dropped off somewhere else?
The carriage is not allowed to stop anywhere in Paris other than at the meeting point unless authorizations by the city have been issued in advance (supplements apply). So you will not be able to leave the coach nor will you be able to step out for photos during the tour.
Can we have a "Cinderella" type horse carriage?
Yes, this is possible. With a supplement (contact us for details), we can offer an even more luxurious carriage for your family.
