Follow Janus, the god of passageways and transitions, through a 3 hour private experience designed as a journey across different layers of Rome. From underground catacombs to early Christian spaces and ancient Roman baths, each stage of the experience is connected through a quest to locate the missing keys that allow him to travel through time.
Children observe their surroundings, answer questions, and connect each discovery to progress step by step. What you see becomes part of the experience, as hidden passages, architectural layers, and historical traces guide your path and reveal how the city evolved over centuries.
As you move between sites, the experience shifts from one atmosphere to another, each offering a different perspective on Rome’s past.
Please note that the Basilica of St. Clement is currently undergoing major restoration works, with scaffolding occupying a significant part of the site until mid 2027. The experience continues to provide insight into its unique historical layers despite these conditions.
