Description

Meet your private, Blue Badge guide (and Harry Potter connoisseur) at King’s Cross and follow them as they take your family to some of the most iconic areas of London related to Harry Potter.

You will start your magical journey by searching for Platform 9 ¾ and, once you have found it, taking your family picture taken without having to wait in line. After a quick visit to the Harry Potter store, hop in a private Mercedes V-class minivan and enjoy the sightseeing ride to Leadenhall Market.

On the way, your guide will point out a lot of different areas that are either shown or mentioned in the Harry Potter saga, such as the Saint Pancras Renaissance Hotel (where the Weasley’s magical Ford Anglia takes off in Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets), the British Library, the London Zoo (Harry makes a window disappear in the Reptile House), Piccadilly Circus, Trafalgar Square etc.

The guided tour ends in Leadenhall market, also known as Diagon Alley in the movie. From there, you will be driven back to your hotel.

FAQ's

Is this tour private?
Yes, it is. No one else will be joining your private tour, and you will have your own private guide throughout the visit. However, other people will be inside the Harry Potter gift shop next to Platform 9 ¾.
Will we wait in line at the platform 9 ¾ ?
There might be a bit of waiting in line, but not more than 5 minutes as we have skip-the-line tickets to get a quick picture of your family in front of the platform. You might also have to wait in line at the cashier if you wish to buy something in the gift shop.
Are the parents staying with the children or separated?
We always promote a family-bonding moment, where parents and children enjoy an activity together as a family. So, parents and children will not be separated. However, if you choose to send your children on this activity alone, it is possible, provided that a babysitter accompanies the children regardless of the age, for insurance purposes (our guides are not responsible for the children).
Is it suitable for kids under 6 years old?
Yes, kids of any age are free to join, as long as there is at least one child age 6 or older.
Will we stop at all the areas mentioned in the tour?
There are a couple of stops along the way for photos, but most of the sightseeing tour will be spent inside the mini-van.
Can I bring a stroller or a wheelchair?
Technically, it is possible to bring a stroller or wheelchair as most of the tour will be done in a van.
Will my teenage kids like the tour?
Sure, they will, and even more so if they are Harry Potter fans.
