The steps are simple: just select the flavor you want to create and then follow the chef’s instructions. From breaking the eggs to adding the perfect amount of sugar and cream, you’ll be eating your own homemade ice cream in no time! Is this a private activity?

It sure is. Your family members will be the only ones participating in this gelato making class, along with your private chef (and assistant).

Do the parents participate?

Of course! Everyone will have to batter the cream to enjoy the gelato at the end. No pain, no gain!

How much gelato will we make?

Gelato needs time to freeze, and the length of the course is not long enough to see everything freeze. So, although you will be making a significant amount of ice cream, you will only taste a small portion.

Is it suitable for kids under 6 years old?

Yes, smaller children are welcome to participate. But it takes some elbow grease to beat the cream, so some steps will not be suitable for smaller children: they will have to pair up with a parent.

Can you make gluten free gelato?

As long as you give us the information beforehand, we will adapt the ingredients to match your food restrictions.

Do we need to bring special material or ingredients?

No. All you need to bring is a big smile and the will to prepare mouthwatering ice cream. We will take care of the rest.

Do we get the recipes of what we prepared?

Of course, we will send you the recipes by email once the gelato class is over.
