Meet your private, fully-licensed chauffeur guide at your hotel in Florence and hop into a private minivan to reach the iconic town of Siena.

After a 1.5-hour drive through the beautiful Tuscan countryside, you and your family will reach Siena. Follow your guide as they take you through the streets of the city in search of its most iconic highlights and best kept secrets.

Among the many highlights you will see along the way, you will discover the beautiful and iconic Cathedral of Siena from its exterior. Let your guide then take you to the different districts of Siena and to the famous “Piazza del Campo”, one of the most beautiful main squares of Italy. Along the way, you will be able to see the exterior of the Palazzo Pubblico, which now serves as Siena’s Town Hall.

To keep your children engaged throughout the tour, they will each receive a fun-filled game booklet at the start of the walking tour.

FAQ's

Is this tour private?
Yes, it is. No one else will be joining your private tour, and you will have your own private chauffeur guide throughout the visit. All the visited places are open to the public so there will be other visitors.
Is there a lot of walking during the tour?
Because our tours are designed for families with children, we make sure the distances are not too long. The distances are very reasonable and don’t require too much effort.
Are the parents staying with the children or separated?
We always promote a family-bonding moment, where parents and children enjoy an activity together as a family. So, parents and children will not be separated. However, if you choose to send your children on this activity alone, it is possible, provided that a baby sitter accompanies the children regardless of the age, for insurance purposes (our guides are not responsible for the children).
Is it suitable for kids under 6 years old?
We recommend a minimum age of 6, as there is some walking and the duration of this tour (5 hours) is quite long for younger children. But we can accommodate if the youngster has siblings that are 6 or older.
Are we going inside the highlights mentioned?
Because of the time and the waiting in line, we will unfortunately not be able to take you inside these monuments.
What happens if it rains?
The tour will take place, even if it rains. Just make sure you bring an umbrella or rain jacket.
Will my teenage kids like the tour?
Sure they will. They might not want to have the game booklet, but since it is a private tour, our professional guide will adapt his/her speech to keep your teenagers engaged and entertained throughout the tour.
