Our Venice sightseeing boat tour is the best way for your family to get acquainted to the beauty of Venice, an amazing city built on water.

Meet your professional, family-friendly guide as well as your private boat captain at your hotel, and let them take you to the most beautiful highlights of the city once called the “Most Serene Republic of Venice”.

Hop aboard a private luxurious Venetian speedboat and relax while you and your family discover Venice island. In two hours, avoid the dense crowds on land as you pass by some of Venice’s most iconic monuments: the Doge’s Palace on St. Mark’s Square, The Grand Canal, Rialto Bridge, San Michele Cemetery, Giudecca, San Giorgio Maggiore, and the lovely island of Murano.

There will be no disembarking, so the whole time will be spent on the boat. To keep the children engaged, a game booklet will be handed out to each child at the start of the private tour. This way, you can be sure that your children will learn as much as they will have fun.

Is this tour private?
Yes, it is private. You will have a private guide AND a private captain, and you will be the only ones on a typical Venetian speedboat. Apart from these 2 people, no one else will be joining. This is a private tour.
Are the parents staying with the children or separated?
We always promote a family-bonding moment, where parents and children enjoy an activity together as a family. So, parents and children will not be separated. However, if you choose to send your children on this activity alone, it is possible, provided that a babysitter accompanies the children regardless of the age, for insurance purposes (our guides are not responsible for the children).
Is it suitable for kids under 6 years old?
Children of all ages are welcome on this tour. They might be too young to understand what the game booklet is all about, but they will surely enjoy the ride. Our family-friendly guide will keep them engaged and entertained.
How much time is spent on the boat?
The whole sightseeing tour will be spent on the boat, from pick up to drop off. There are no stops along the way to avoid loss of time.
What kind of boat do we use?
The boat used for this sightseeing tour is a typical wooden Venetian speedboat. These are the boats you will commonly find in Venice as they are convenient, comfortable and fast.
Are there any drinks or snacks provided on board?
Except for bottles of water, there are no snacks or drinks provided. But we can take care of that if needed. Let us know and we will arrange this (extra costs will apply).
Will my teenage kids like the tour?
Sure they will! They might not want to have the game booklet, but since it is a private tour, our professional guide will adapt their speech to keep your teenagers engaged and entertained throughout the Venice sightseeing boat tour.
