Morning: All Aboard the Royal Britannia

Your before-opening-hours VIP experience starts by meeting your family-friendly guide at the royal entrance of The Royal Britannia, which is now permanently docked in Leith (Edinburgh’s harbor). During the tour, you will visit the engine room and the crew quarters before making your way up to the royal deck and the captain’s quarters. Let your guide tell you all about life on board this ship when Her Majesty was using it for her travels. Lunch at leisure

Afternoon: A Walk Through Edinburgh

After lunch, meet your private, fully-licensed guide and let them take you from the top of Royal Mile (in front of Edinburgh Castle), to Charlotte Square in the new town, always going downhill. Along the way, you and your children will see some of the most iconic places of Edinburgh as well as some of its best kept secrets. It all starts at the top of the hill, where the so-called witches were once burned at the stake. You’ll make your way down the hill on the Royal Mile, and pass through narrow alleys (also called closes) to reach the Scottish National Gallery and Princes Street Gardens.
