Description
Palermo’s cuisine begins in its markets, among colorful ingredients, local produce, and generations of culinary traditions. Start your morning in the historic center, shopping at one of the city’s historic markets for the ingredients you will use during your cooking class.
Then make your way to The Sicilian Pantry cooking school, where it is time to roll up your sleeves. Together, you will prepare a complete four-course Sicilian lunch, including a starter, first course, second course, and dessert, with guidance throughout the experience.
Once the cooking is done, take your seats around the chef’s table and enjoy the results of your work together. Your meal is accompanied by a selection of Sicilian wines, followed by homemade liqueurs and coffee: a delicious conclusion to a morning immersed in Palermo’s food culture.
