Your experience begins with a one-hour introduction to pizzica, the traditional folk dance of Puglia. Guided step by step, children and adults will learn its characteristic movements and rhythms together. No dance experience is required. The emphasis is on joining in, having fun, and discovering a tradition deeply rooted in local culture.

After working up an appetite, take your seats for a traditional dinner or brunch. You will enjoy a selection of local appetizers followed by fresh pasta and a traditional dessert, accompanied by local wine for the adults. It is a relaxed and joyful way to experience Puglia through two of its greatest pleasures: music and food.

Do we need to know how to dance?

Not at all. The class is an introduction to pizzica and is designed for beginners. You will be guided through the basic steps and rhythms so everyone can join in.

Will teenagers enjoy the dance class?

Yes. Pizzica is energetic, social, and very different from a traditional guided visit. It gives older children and teenagers an opportunity to actively experience Puglian culture rather than simply hear about it.

What does the meal include?
